AIDeskPro Versions
AIDeskPro is available in several versions, to meet all needs regarding data segregation, application placement, corporate AI policies, cost, customisation requirements and regulatory compliance.
The first major distinction between implementation models is between Cloud versions (standard) and partially or fully on-premise versions.
In addition to the implementation model, you can choose between the Desktop version or the API version (integrable in custom front ends, chatbots…). From June 2026, the Everything version is also available — agentic, capable of performing complex actions.
AIDeskPro as a Service
We are in a fully cloud environment, in as a service mode: both the tool and the hosting environment are the object of the service. AIDeskPro resides within a dedicated cloud project for the Client.

Tool and infrastructure always in the EU (Google Cloud or Scaleway, including Milan). Default actions on European LLMs with zero data retention. Models with global endpoints are available in the Tool, labelled “No EU”: always a user choice, never the default.

AIDeskPro Hybrid On-Prem
Local Implementation with Remote AI Services
AIDeskPro is implemented and managed locally (on your company’s servers), but uses cloud AI services for certain features.
Benefits:
- Full control over the environment and data (which remain on-site)
- Customisations: custom SSO, ingestion pipelines, integration with other applications
- Ability to leverage AI capabilities without the complexity of managing them locally
Data Location: Data resides in the company infrastructure. For data sent to remote AI services, the localisation policies of the AI service provider apply.
Ideal Client: Large companies with stringent data security requirements that still wish to benefit from AI capabilities without giving up infrastructure control.

AIDeskPro Full On-Prem
Completely On-Premise Implementation
AIDeskPro is implemented and managed locally (on your company’s servers) and uses Artificial Intelligence services installed in the same infrastructure. No dependency on external services.
Benefits:
- Full control over the environment and data (which remain entirely on-site)
- Customisations: custom SSO, ingestion pipelines, integration with other applications
- Meets the most stringent AI policies
- Total independence from external AI providers
Data Location: Data and AI models reside exclusively in the company infrastructure.
Ideal Client: Government bodies, financial institutions or companies with extremely high security and compliance requirements, requiring full control over their data and processes.

AIDeskPro Everything ✦
The Agentic Version
Available from June 2026, AIDeskPro Everything is the agentic version of the tool: capable of performing complex and autonomous actions, orchestrating workflows and interacting with external systems.
It doesn’t just answer questions — it acts: reads documents, generates content, fills in forms, publishes, sends, evaluates and much more.
Everything is included in all plans: whether you choose the as a service, hybrid on-premise or full on-premise version, you will always have access to the agentic capabilities of Everything.
Also available as:
- Desktop — for individual or team use
- API — integrable in custom front ends, chatbots, corporate workflows
